This project is yet to be realized but is another example of a small mixed use building on a heavily trafficked suburban retail street. The existing building's facade is dominated by an opaque semi circular staircase which monopolizes valuable view corridors from the street. Our solution is simple: remove the obstruction and open the facade to facilitate the retail use.
