Maserati
Westport
This was an exercise of applying Maserati’s prototype but ironically became another chapter in uncovering the original character underneath years of “dressing up” . The Post Road in Westport used to be home to farmland so it is no surprise to find barn-like structures along its path. In order for a barn to survive it would have to be over 100 years old so it was no surprise to find that this barn like structure was a fake. Interestingly the original structure underneath the scabbed on Ciambriello roof was built to house a car wash in the early 60’s so it seemed connected to bring it back to another automotive use showcasing beautiful Italian design.
